Inconsistent pricing and widget placement across 400+ partners e-commerce platform was leaving revenue on the table. I built an AI dynamic pricing engine trained on real transactional data, combined with UX audits, to maximise revenue and streamline implementation.

I designed and shipped a real-time dashboard with curated revenue-share and performance views tailored to each user group, turning data into instant insight. Sensor Networks
Homeowners had no way to control their water geysers, monitor or manage their biggest electricity load. I led the build an IoT retrofit device paired with a consumer app, taking the product from concept to national rollout and driving measurable retention gains.

A 20-year-old legacy hosting product, no dedicated product team, and fierce competition from GoDaddy and AWS. I built the product function from scratch, defined the strategy, and led the redesign of the Control Panel and onboarding flow — modernising the experience and unlocking growth.
